Ride-hailing has spent a decade taking a bigger and bigger cut of every fare. We went the other way: 0% commission. The fare belongs to the driver — our only charge is a small flat platform fee, printed on your bill. A driver who earns properly turns up, drives safely and treats you well — which quietly makes it a better ride for you.
- Nothing hidden. Every component of your fare is itemised in the app and on the receipt.

Yes. We don't take a percentage of the fare — it belongs to the driver. Zaari runs on a small flat platform fee shown on every bill, and optional memberships like Zaari Plus. That's the whole model.
From the distance and estimated time, the rates set for that vehicle type in your zone, applicable taxes and the platform fee. The full breakdown appears before you confirm and again on your receipt. At busy times a demand-based increase can apply — it's already inside the number you see up front.
Cash to the driver, or online by UPI or card through our payment partner. You can also keep a balance in your Zaari wallet.
Cancel any time before the trip starts. Once a driver is on the way a small fee may apply, shown to you before you confirm — it compensates them for the distance already covered. Zaari Plus members cancel free.
Every driver is verified before going live, trips are tracked in real time, and the SOS button alerts our team with your location. Share your trip with someone you trust for extra peace of mind.
Download the Zaari Driver app from Google Play and sign up with your mobile number. Upload your licence, RC and insurance, and you can start accepting trips as soon as our team approves you — usually within a working day. Fleet owners use the same app to add vehicles and onboard drivers.
