Terms of Service

1. What Zaari is

Zaari is a technology platform operated by Naganga HealthCare Private Limited (CIN U86201KA2023PTC176181), registered office 356, Ground Floor, 3rd Main, Peenya Dasarahalli, Bangalore North, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560057, India, that connects riders with independent drivers and fleet operators. We are not a transport company and we do not employ drivers. The contract for the journey itself is between you and the driver; we provide the matching, pricing, payment and support around it.

2. Who can use Zaari

You must be 18 or older and have a valid mobile number. Drivers must additionally hold a valid driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance, and must pass our verification. We may suspend or close accounts that give us false information.

3. Fares and charges

The fare shown before you book is calculated from the distance and estimated time for your trip and the rates configured for that vehicle type in your zone. The final amount can differ if the route, waiting time or stops change during the trip.

Your bill may include:

Zaari Plus members receive the benefits described in the app at the time of purchase — a percentage discount on the fare, a platform-fee waiver, free cancellations and priority matching.

4. Payments

You can pay in cash or online. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI credentials. A balance held in your Zaari wallet is not a deposit or an e-money product, earns no interest, and can be used only for Zaari services.

Drivers and fleet owners: platform charges, taxes and fleet shares are settled through your Zaari wallet. On a cash trip you collect the full fare from the rider and your wallet is debited for the amounts owed to the platform and to your fleet, which can take the balance below zero. You must top up to continue accepting trips. Payouts are made to your registered account on request, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount shown in the app.

5. Cancellations

Refunds are covered in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

6. How you must behave

No unlawful, unsafe, abusive or discriminatory behaviour. No weapons or prohibited goods. No travelling without a valid booking. Drivers must not ask for payment outside the app. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Safety

Use the in-app SOS in an emergency, and contact the police first whenever life or safety is at risk. Trips may be monitored for safety and quality purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Zaari is not liable for the acts or omissions of drivers or riders, for delays, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the trip concerned.

9. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction. Please raise any complaint with our grievance officer first — contact details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page, and continuing to use Zaari after that means you accept it.
